ibaker f554c12099 Remove Bundleable type & Bundleable.Creator<Foo> CREATOR fields ...

This interface is not used in the library. Callers can use the
`Bundle toBundle()` and `static Foo fromBundle(Bundle)` methods
defined directly on each type instead.
