leonwind d34ed7a5e1 Add RgbAdjustment class to build RgbaMatrices 
* Add RgbaMatrix interface implementation.
* Add Builder class for easy adjustments.
* Adjust existing RgbaMatrixPixelTests to use new RgbAdjustment class.
