kimvde b0260f7cb8 Add experimentalSetForegroundModeTimeoutMs on SimpleExoPlayer 
This is necessary to migrate apps which are using
ExoPlayer.Builder.experimentalSetForegroundModeTimeoutMs
from ExoPlayerImpl to SimpleExoPlayer.
