Gaëtan Muller 6153b6d740 Add the ExoPlayer.Builder.setMaxSeekToPreviousPosition(long) method

This method allows customizing the maximum position when using `Player.seekToPrevious()`.

This commit also adds two new methods to `TestExoPlayerBuilder`:
- `setMaxSeekToPreviousPosition(long)`
- `getMaxSeekToPreviousPosition()`
