olly 76f426e944 Introduce a global buffering policy.

This is required for buffering to work properly across
playlist transitions. It's also much simpler, since
specifying the buffering policy becomes independent of
the type of media being played (i.e. the source).

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
