olly 314bc65d62 Enable download parallelisation in demo app

- Deprecate constructors that don't take an executor, to direct
  developers toward the new ones. Callers can trivially pass
  Runnable::run to one of the new ones if they want old behaviour.
- Add comment explaining warning suppression added in the CL that
  added parallelised download support.

ExoPlayer main demo

This is the main ExoPlayer demo application. It uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
