hschlueter f25c912c72 Rename GlFrameProcessor updateProgramAndDraw to drawFrame.

What a minimal implementation should include is now explained in the
interface javadoc while the method name reflects what the method does.

Transformer demo

This app demonstrates how to use the Transformer API to modify videos, for example by removing audio or video.
