bachinger 1d89c35f7b Add MediaSession.setCustomLayout(List<CommandButton>)

This provides a way for apps to send a custom layout to media3
controllers and legacy controllers by making sure to include custom
actions in the legacy playback state when built in the PlayerWrapper
for broadcasting.

Session test module

Tests cross-process use of the session module. To run the tests:

Prepare a device (either an emulator or a real device) to run the tests on.
Run ./gradlew :test-session-current:cAT
