Until now, we have stuck with the 3.12 long-term branch so as
to keep support for older API levels. However, this means that
the version we're using is 2.5 years old at this point. The
3.12 branch will stop receiving critical updates in December
2021.
Since use of the OkHttp extension is optional anyway, it seems
preferable to move to a modern version of OkHttp at this point.

Include Dataspec.httpRequestHeaders in CronetDataSource,
and OkHttpDataSource. Updated documentation of
HttpDataSource.open() to suggest that it should set request
headers (in decreasing priority) from (1) the passed DataSpec,

parameters set in the HttpDataSource.Factory. No mechanism
has been put in place to enforce this.

It's currently difficult to use ExoPlayer modules in other gradle
projects because they rely on constants and dependencies defined
in our own top level gradle file. This change moves the constants
into a separate file referenced directly from each module. It also
removes the need for the top level gradle file to declare a
dependency on com.novoda:bintray-release. This is now only needed
if "exoplayerPublishEnabled = true" is specified.

- Bump compileSdkVersion and targetSdkVersion to 24.
- Bump com.android.tools.build version to re-enable

- Use standard expandable_list_item from Android in
the demo app, since ours doesn't look right when
