olly 59ab0fa9f1 Introduce MetadataDecoderFactory

This is analogous to what we do for text/subtitles, and
adds support for playlists where the type of metadata
changes from one playlist item to the next.

Issue: #2176

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
