olly 5360ddc519 Allow injection of custom FormatEvaluators

This was possible previously, but now we support things
like multi-period DASH we need to do the injection in
the form of factories rather than concrete instances.

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
