tonihei 74e2384fb6 Add response headers to LoadEventInfo. 
The response headers of the last load are available from the loading source
when creating media source events and can be easily forwarded.

ExoPlayer SmoothStreaming library module

Provides support for Smooth Streaming content. To play Smooth Streaming content, instantiate a SsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
