tonihei 0f6a1eb6b8 Update available commands when MediaSessionCompat actions change 
This is a bug currently, where commands are created once but never
updated again if the actions in MediaSessionCompat are changed.

Session test module

Tests cross-process use of the session module. To run the tests:

  1. Prepare a device (either an emulator or a real device) to run the tests on.
  2. Run ./gradlew :test-session-current:cAT
