ISO media format standard. As initialization data is required for creation of dovi box, CSD is populated in BoxParser.

This allows the app to store the ad playback state and then
when starting again, allow them to resume with the same
ad playback state. This way, users don't have to watch the same
ads twice if/when playback was interrupted. For instance, when the
app was put into background and then is foregrounded again.

Before this change a timeline update of a live content
source has produced a timeline refresh before passing
the timeline to the ads loader. When in such a case
the ads loader updates the ad playback state, a
second timeline refresh is trigger that then
includes the updated ad data also. This can result
in a timeline being pulished with stale ad information.
This change prevents this by introducing a boolean
return value that requires the ads loader to signal
whether the ad playback state has been passed back
to the source. This ensures that an update of
timeline and ad playback state produces a single
timeline update and is published in sync.

This adds the option to disable certain track types during scrubbing,
with audio and metadata disabled by default.
The tracks are disabled by modifying the `TrackSelectionParameters`,
but in a way that is invisible to
`Player.getTrackSelectionParameters()` and
`Player.Listener.onTrackSelectionParametersChanged`. This allows us to
clearly reason about what should happen if
`Player.setTrackSelectionParameters(...)` is called during scrubbing
mode. The **side effects** of disabling the tracks are all visible
through `Player.Listener` and `AnalyticsListener` (renderer disabled,
decoder released, `onTracksChanged`, etc.).

These are needed for the `waitUninterruptibly` handling, which is
really just waiting for a condition to become true on another thread
with a timeout, as well as Clock and interrupt handling.
We already have ConditionVariable that serves this purpose, which
has methods with a timeout and with interrupt handling. Adding
another version of the call with both timeout and interrupt handling
allows to replace the EPII manual code. The ConditionVariable methods
were also missing the clock calls to signal a wait operation.

We don't require high precision in the calculation of `percentDownloaded` for `Downloader.ProgressListener.onProgress` though, when `byteCached == contentLength`, we hope the `percentDownloaded` to be `100f` (rather than `99.99999f`). The result of `byteCached * 100f` can be less precise as the floating-point numbers are sparser when the value is far from zero. For example, if `byteCached == 812345L`, then the `byteCached * 100f` will become `81234496` (value checked by `BigDecimal`).

This is analagous to `String.codePointAt` and similar methods. By
dealing only in unicode code points, and returning an `int`, we can
avoid having to reason about how to handle UTF-8 code units that
require two UTF-16 code units (each one a Java `char`) to represent

The zero-arg `peekChar` method remains undeprecated, because it behaves
as "you'd expect" when compared to `peekUnsignedByte` (always reads two
big-endian bytes).

This change introduces `GainProcessor` to apply gain automation over an
audio stream. The gain automation is defined with a `GainProvider`.
`DefaultGainProvider` implements a basic `GainProvider` that allows
populating a gain automation line additively by adding fade shapes
(`FadeProvider`) at specific positions with specific durations.
`DefaultGainProvider` also implements basic equal gain and equal power
fades.
The current `DefaultGainProvider` implementation does not support adding
fades at relative offsets from the stream end. Users must know the
stream duration in advance and add fades at absolute positions.

AudioManager internally assumes the thread is was created on can be
used as a callback thread. Since the AudioManager is only created
once in the lifetime of an app, we need to make sure its obtained
on a thread that stays alive.

Before this change constructors of `TimelineWindowDefinition` used
`windowOffsetInFirstPeriodUs` for both, `positionInFirstPeriodUs`
and `startTimeUs` of the exposed `Timeline.Window`.
Adding `windowStartTimeUs` differentiates these two properties which
allows using `FakeTimeline` for unit tests that emulate live streams
with a forward moving live window in the period like `HlsMediaSource`
constructs a `SinglePeriodTimeline` for live.
A `TimelineWindowDefinition.Builder` is added for API usability and
sanitation.

This was introduced in 841bdc6efe.
There's no need to cast the `char` (2 bytes) down to a `byte` in order
to pack it into an `int` (4 bytes) alongside a short (2 bytes).
We also don't need to use `short` to track the character count (max 4
with UTF-8) - a single byte is enough. This change also uses
`Ints.fromBytes` to avoid having to reason about how casting &
bit-shifting interact.
This change introduces a test which reproduces the failure reported in
Issue: androidx/media#2167.
