This way, the parameter can later be final and non-null, per the comment at: ecb47ba564/depot/google3/third_party/java_src/android_libs/media/libraries/transformer/src/main/java/androidx/media3/transformer/TranscodingTransformer.java (97L) Also, fixes setOutputMimeType_unsupportedMimeType_throws by providing a context in the builder, and updating the FrameworkMuxer#supportsOutputMimeType to catch IllegalArgumentExceptions thrown by FrameworkMuxer#mimeTypeToMuxerOutputFormat. huangdarwin	18a15fb995	Transformer: Rename setOutputMimeType() to setContainerMimeType(). ... This mime type is technically for the Muxer, and determines the container used. In the context of the transformer, this can be thought of more as a container mime type, to avoid confusion with the video mime type and audio mime type. Deprecates setOutputMimeType().
